Say Hell-0 to a new style of Honda

Traditionally, Honda makes solid, reasonable and highly practical cars. There are some exceptions, of course: the Honda NSX and Honda S2000 spring immediately to mind.
But its mainstream cars are unassuming, eminently suitable for everyday driving and super reliable.
Except…
…except for the new saloon and SUV that Honda unveiled at the recent CES show in America.
The wedge-shaped saloon and bold SUV are terrifically eye-catching designs and, says Honda, we’ll be seeing them in 2026.
Called the Honda 0 Saloon and Honda 0 SUV, both vehicles will feature Honda’s new operating system called ASIMO OS (after the famous humanoid Honda robot) which will feature over the air updates and control advanced driving functions as well as offering a variety of services.
The Honda 0 Saloon features a distinctive wedge shape but with lots of glass area to infuse the interior with plenty of light. It will be electric only, although there is no word yet on the sort of range we can expect.
The Honda 0 SUV is bold and much more upright than the saloon, but features a similar blocky rear C-pillar treatment as the Saloon that recalls the rear tail and wing treatment of the fabled NSX Mk1.
Honda says the 0 Series models will be equipped with a system that provides Level 3 automated driving starting with ‘eyes-off technology’ available in traffic congestion on motorways, along with AI learning capabilities.
If your car lease is coming up for renewal, it may be too early for one of these sensational looking 0 Series - but that can’t stop you from leasing a different Honda right now.
