The brand new Skoda Octavia will now be available in a fleet specification that will suit company car drivers: it's called SE Technology.

Featuring a whole host of company car focused standard specification, the new SE Technology models will be available in both Hatch and Estate variants.

But the key to the cars is not only the high specification, but the low P11D value, starting from just £22,410.

So what do you get with the Octavia SE Technology models?

Well, apart from the proven abilities of the Octavia in this, its Mk4 incarnation, there are 16-inch Twister AERO alloy wheels, LED headlights with LED daytime running lights, two-spoke leather multi-function steering wheel, voice control and front and rear parking sensors with manoeuvre assist.

To ensure business drivers stay connected, the SE Technology model is always online thanks to a built-in eSIM, while the range-topping Columbus infotainment system with 10-inch touchscreen display and digital Virtual Cockpit is also standard.

First models will feature the choice of a 115PS diesel 2.0 TDI unit or a 150PS 1.5 TSI petrol engine. Later in the year, the range will be boosted by further engine options, including an ultra low emission plug-in electric hybrid (PHEV) model.

Skodas never fail to surprise and delight, and the latest Octavia is no different. Business drivers will appreciate Skoda Simply Clever features such as the convenient filler tube for AdBlue enabling it to be filled up using a lorry pump nozzle. The storage compartment in the front doors feature the familiar umbrella, so should it turn wet your smart business clothes will stay dry for that important meeting, while a filling funnel integrated into the lid of the windscreen washer tank is yet another new feature in the Octavia.
