New Finance Application System introduced for easier business funding

During December 2020, Gateway2Lease introduced a new Finance Application System with enhanced functionality for business users.

The online system was originally introduced at the beginning of 2020 for personal lease customers, but following technical enhancements to extend the system's capabilities to business customers, has now gone online to include all business types.

The online application process is easy and simple to follow and encompasses a range of business types:

• Sole trader
• Business partnership - small
• Business partnership - large
• Business LLP
• Limited company

The system has been developed internally by Gateway2Lease, and has been overseen by Operations Director Rob Marshall, who is an IT specialist. He said:

“It’s about simplifying the customer journey, making the finance application easier, and ensuring it integrates with the rest of our systems. It has been well received by our personal lease customers and now with further development, we aim to provide an improved customer journey for all our business customers.”

Recently Gateway2Lease was awarded Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2021 by Feefo, for consistently delivering excellence in customer service.

Marshall noted that a combination of excellent interpersonal skills from Customer Experience Manager Jodie Woodcock to provide better customer outcomes, along with improved technology - such as the Finance Application System - had helped towards achieving the highest of all Feefo standards. “We are super excited to have been awarded Platinum status. We put a lot of effort into making our systems effortless and ensuring we look after our customers well, so it’s very pleasing to find ourselves rewarded in this way,” he added.
