Gateway2Lease receives Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2025

We’re proud to have received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award - a clear sign of our commitment to providing an excellent customer experience!

Feefo launched the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that collect verified reviews and receive great feedback from their customers. These awards are unique because they reflect a business’s genuine commitment to excellent customer service, based on real customer opinions.

Feefo works with over 6,500 brands worldwide, making it the largest provider of verified reviews. It helps both brands and consumers make smarter decisions while enabling brands to create more personalised experiences.

Consumer confidence continues to grow slowly back to pre-pandemic levels, but spending remains cautious. Businesses that stand out are those that prioritise excellent service and embrace a customer-focused approach. This award recognises brands that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional standards.

Feefo awards the Platinum Trusted Service to businesses that have maintained Gold standard for three consecutive years. To earn a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must collect at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 5 during the period from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024.
