Plug-in Car Grant reduced and £35,000 price cap introduced

The government has introduced changes to the Plug-in Car Grant with effect from 0700 on 18 March 2021.
The changes brought in by the
Office of Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV)
may impact business drivers ordering electric vehicles.

If you've read stories about plug-in hybrid vehicle sales taking a dive...well, take a pinch of salt before you believe all of it.
Sure there has been a dip in interest, but that's mainly to do with availability: if you can't get hold of a PHEV then you can't register one. Reasonable cause and effect?
