2018 Nissan Qashqai

New Launches 

The Nissan Qashqai has been at the top of it's game in the mid-sized SUV category for sometime and it's only right that this popular car gets a facelift. Due to go on sale in July this year, the new look model was unveiled at last months Geneva Motor Show. You can expect first deliveries to start in the second half on the year, in time for new '67 registrations. Read more to learn about the new 2018 Qashqai.

On the exterior, the front bumper has had a design overhaul. The central ‘V' grille is now bigger and better making it more prominent. The front headlights have been remodelled as well as the bonnet. The new sleek front fog lights replace the rounded ones found on the previous model. To the rear, changes are minimal. The rear bumper is lower and features metal affect detailing. There will be two new colours added to the range - Vivid Blue as shown in the pictures below and Chestnut Bronze.

Inside, you will find a newly designed flat-bottomed steering wheel which is multifunctional and an updated infotainment system. Subtle changes to the dash give it a more contemporary feel. There will be a new premium Tekna+ trim level which will get you extras such as 3D-effect quilted leather upholstery.

Nissan have made slight changes to the suspension and steering in the new Qashqai to improve it's comfort. They have also invested in new insulating materials and thicker rear windows to reduce road noise and make it more refined.

The new Qashqai is expected to go on sale in July 2017 with first deliveries taking place in the second half of the year. We think it's a great choice for a busy family who want a stylish SUV car but will this new facelift model be able to retain it's position as the top selling mid-sized SUV?
